Hey Everybody,
Here’s a list of songs you’ve submitted so far. Keep ‘em coming!
Abide With Me
All Hail The Power of Jesus’ Name
Amazing Grace
A Mighty Fortress Is Our God
Be Still My Soul
Be Thou My Vision
Blessed Assurance
Fairest Lord Jesus
Glory To His Name
God Leads His Children Along
God Walks The Dark Hills
Great Is Thy Faithfulness
Heaven Came Down and Glory….
He Hideth My Soul
He is so Precious to Me
He Touched Me
His Eye Is On The Sparrow
Holy Ground
How Are Things At Home
How Great Thou Art
I Bowed On My Knees and Cried Holy
I Know Who Holds Tomorrow
Immortal, Invisible
I Must Tell Jesus
I Need Thee Every Hour
I Surrender All
In The Garden
It Is Well With My Soul
Jesus Paid It All
Just As I Am
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms
Lean On Him
Let The Lower Lights Be Burning
Majesty
My Faith Has Found A Resting Place
My Saviour First of All” (Fanny Crosby)

Hey Everybody,
It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving, early morning, and I’m mapping out a plan for the day, beginning with an all-points-bulletin for a pair of shoes that I fell in love with, but which other size 8B ladies apparently loved as well. No one loves beautiful clothes more than I but, really, it is all about the shoes.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great one; my sister the non-cook cooked and it was delicious. Of course, the best part was after the meal when we all sat in a gluttonous stupor and talked and dozed while some of the men practiced their softball antics – er, tactics. As usual, I hit the mall early Friday morning with every other red-blooded female, complete with a baseball cap and lightweight, reduced purse. I love walking amid the hustle-bustle of slashed prices and coupon sharing, all to the background music of registers humming and shopping bags popping. It really is the most wonderful time of the year!
We’re gearing up for some Christmas concerts and those are especially fun. John and I are both in the Christmas play at my sister’s church so we’re donning our thespian best and practicing emote, emote….
We’re in the early planning stages for a new record project – a hymns project. This will be my first ever and I’m really looking forward to it. In fact, I’m working on a songlist now so I’d love to hear what your favorite hymn is. We’ll consider them all.
I promised some information about the new DVD from the Gaither Homecoming Series. I haven’t said much about it yet because it probably won’t be available until fall, 2007. As I learn more, of course, I’ll pass it along.
We love you! Let us hear from you!
Love,
Janet
